Barone`s Restaurant in Crestwood

This place is great. Been coming here since I was a kid and my mom worked there. Large variety of food and it’s all great.

From a recent family gathering at this establishment it seemed as though everyone was pleased with their food. We tried the chicken Vesuvio, walleye, chicken Parm and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. They were packed with flavor and the quantity was bountiful. Even the tiramisu was delicious. I am looking forward to coming back when I’m in the area again.

Great family owned Italian restaurant. A neighborhood institution. Homemade Minestrone, fresh fish and great Eggplant Rollups.

Wanted to try it for the first time tonight, but they don't seem to answer 4 straight calls at 5:47 PM on a Wednesday.

I occasionally order carry out/delivery. I called 3 times today at different times within an hour. Three times there was no answer and once I was hung up on. I will call back to notify the manager.

This spot is fantastic! Fair prices, big dishes and the staff are consistently welcoming.

This one of the special places you will find in Illinois. The owners are very kind people. God bless you! My husband David and I (Sabrina) went to the restaurant looking for food and we found more than that, we knew angel in human shape! Thank you for driving us to the hotel! We really appreciate the real Italian food and you amazing energy!

I meet with friends this restaurant often! This is my favorite restaurant to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot routinely. The meals are excellent, the crew is helpful and the prices are affordable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant for a tasty lunch.

Incredible Italian restaurant! Big portions and cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and prices are reasonable. Two for one pasta on Tuesday is fantastic! Go and you'll be glad you did. Char broiled chicken breasts on the side for just a few dollars more with the Fettuccine Alfredo is to die for!

If you looking for Authentic Italian cuisine this is the best place to eat! They should change the name to "Over Grands House, and then go to Bed"Delicious is an understatement!

I've tried some random stuff from here with the friends (combo sandwich, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, salad). All very good. So then I tried this pizza and it was marvelous. I will definitely order again from here.

A heap. All this spaghetti. No room for sauce. I asked how big are the meatballs in case I needed to order more meat. She said big. I get home 5 minutes later and they are small meatballs with filler within the ground beef. Maybe bread crumbs. The sauce tasted like a plain tomato put into a food processor and onto the thin spaghetti noodles. I'm leaving this outside and easily accessed for the first little wild life tonight can have at it and I'll feel somewhat less offended at the 11 dollars wasted. 2nd disappointment of the day. This being the worst. Total disaster. I'm gonna eat a pouch of salmon and Hardee's in the morning and forget everything but the name to avoid it!
